We do things a little differently here at Bravo. We don’t get to play around with the big boy mashers (we have someone else that does all that), we just get to make the fun stuff and knock back a few cold ones in the process.
In collaboration with BrewMaster Brian Watson, we are supplied with the wort, made from the finest worldwide ingredients, and we take over to create the mix that is then brewed. We throw in the hops via dry-hopping, add in yeast and then we can go as crazy as we like with the extra flavours and brew types.
With 4 brew tanks we constantly have beers bubbling away and we have the ability to ‘keg-off’, to make small micro runs of even more unique flavours.
