Ever felt like channeling your inner warrior? Now’s your chance! With an axe-throwing education at Lumber Punks and a brewery tour to follow, you’ll come out of the day feeling stress free.

Tour runs Thursday – Sunday
Pick up times: 10:10am – Helensvale Station / 10:40am – Loose Moose (Broadbeach)
Tour lasts roughly 6 hours
90-minute axe-throwing session; visit 3 breweries; all tasters & lunch included
Photo ID required; Must be 18+ to participate
Minimum 4 guests required to operate.
If minimum numbers are not reached your order will remain as “PENDING” and we will be in touch to discuss options.

Lumber Punks

Please note: Guests must NOT consume any alcohol prior to their 90-minute axe-throwing package; we recommend a hearty breakfast before starting the day. Enclosed shoes are required.

After pick up we will head to Lumber Punks in Miami for a tutorial on axe-throwing, and the first bulls-eye gets bragging rights for the day! Our 90-minute session will teach guests everything they need to know to aim straight and throw accurately.

Three Gold Coast breweries

With so many options across the Gold Coast, the venues we visit will vary on the day.

Options may include: Black Hops HQ, Black Hops II, BOBs, Hound & Stag, Madocke, Lost Palms, Burleigh Brewing, Burleigh Barrels, Two Mates, Precinct Brewing

If there is a brewery you’re SUPER keen to check out, make sure you include the request in the “Special Requirements” section when making your booking and we will try our best to make it happen.

Pick Up / Drop Off Details

Where a location is indicated, we will pick up you outside the venue so please keep an eye out for our van – you can’t miss it!

Pick Ups:

Helensvale Station is a central stop for anyone on the train coming from either direction. We’ll be waiting on the heavy rail side at the Kiss’n’Ride – keep an eye out for the branded van.
Loose Moose (Oasis Centre, 75 Surf Parade, Broadbeach) is on the ground floor of the Oasis Centre in the heart of Broadbeach. Easy to reach by G:Link, the Loose Moose is near the taxi rank at the main entrance to the centre.

Drop Offs:

We are flexible with our drop-off locations within the city based on guests’ needs and requests.

What You Get

Included in the price: 90-minute axe-throwing session with instruction, transportation in our private, air-conditioned van, guided brewery tour with explanation of the brewing process, all beer samples at the breweries we visit, lunch, beer education and history, snacks, and witty commentary (well, we think it is).

Please note: itinerary subject to group size, traffic, closures, new openings, events or spur-of-the-moment decisions, however we will ensure you receive everything listed above. Closed-toe shoes required.

Our Urban Vikings is currently unavailable, but we would definitely suggest our Reality Brews tour for a fun pre-brewery-tour activity (up to 8 people) or our exhilerating Karting & Coldies tour!

This tour will show as “unavailable” within 48 hours of the travel time; if you are keen to travel tomorrow or the next day, please call us to check availability.
